Emergency First Aid

The Emergency First Aid at Work training course is 6 hours in duration, and covers the subject areas required for the HSE's Emergency First Aid At Work training course.

The Emergency First Aid at Work training course is suitable for:

Organisations with up to 50 staff, where the environment is considered low-hazard, such as Offices (below 50 staff) Retail shops Clubs Local Community Organisations & Churches.

The course covers the following topic areas:

Acting safely and promptly and effectively in an emergency.

Preventing Cross infection,

Recording incidents and actions.

Use of available first aid equipment.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Care of an unconscious casualty (including seizure).

Choking.
